ALPINE SKIING
The townhome is right in the heart of Vail Skiing Corporation's three main mountains, VAIL, BRECKENRIDGE and KEYSTONE. You travel through Frisco to get from one to the other. It is also less than 15 minutes to COPPER MOUNTAIN or LOVELAND ski areas and 20 minutes from ARAPOHOE BASIN.
NORDIC SKIING
Summit County's Nordic Skiing Center is just outside Frisco on Highway 9, only minutes away. For those who prefer higher elevations, Vail Pass is what you're looking for with acres of trails and spectacular views.
HIKING
Hiking for all levels can also be found near the townhome. For the experts, the Continental Divide can provide quite a challenge. There are intermediate trails on Buffalo Mountain and Mt. Royal with trails starting right in downtown Frisco. For the beginner, trails with spectacular views can be found in the Summit County Nordic center.
BIKING
Located directly outside are Summit County's miles of bike paths. Bike to Vail, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Silverthorne Factory Outlet stores or Keystone Mountain. Frisco is the hub of the extensive bike path system, which also runs along beautiful Lake Dillon.
BOATING & FISHING
Dillon Marina on the East end of Lake Dillon and Frisco Marina on the West end of Lake Dillon both are full service marinas complete with Runabout, Pontoon, Sailboat, Kayak and Canoe rentals. Or explore some of the areas many streams in search of some fantastic trout fishing.
SHOPPING
For the bargain hunters, the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores are only 2 miles away, featuring a vast aray of brand name stores. Upscale shopping is abundant in the villages of Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
RELAXING
The veiws from the windows feature beautiful landscapes full of mountains and Lake Dillon. Relax on the balcony or in the hot tub surrounded by quiet forest settings and majestic mountians. Quite peacefull.

Published rate for up to 10 persons. $25 per person per night for every person over published rate.
Maximum occupancy is 12 persons.
No unregistered overnight guests.
No pets allowed.
Reservations held for 10 days while rental contract is sent, signed and returned.
Signed contract must be returned within 10 days accompanied by 15% deposit and photo copy of the drivers license of the individual signing the contract, or the reservation will be cancelled.
Balance of rental fee due 30 days prior to arrival date or reservation may be cancelled.
Deposit non-refundable after 30 days prior to arrival date.
